Where does the meat sold at Fleisch.de come from?
Perfect ripeness & Quality - Our meat is portioned, cut into steaks and immediately frozen at the optimum ripening time. This preserves the flavor, juiciness and nutrients in the best possible way.
Sustainability & Less Food Waste - By freezing, we can avoid overproduction and unnecessary waste. The meat keeps for a long time without losing quality and can be enjoyed exactly when it is needed.
How is the meat packaged and delivered?
Our quality begins with experience and trust. For decades, we have been working with selected partners who share our high standards of animal husbandry, meat quality and sustainable production. This long-standing cooperation has enabled us to develop efficient processes and, as a well-coordinated team, we are able to deliver excellent products despite natural fluctuations.
How long can I use the meat after receiving it?
We generally advise against this - unless the products are already cooked.
